Terms Conditions
Last Updated: September 2026
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the dispatching services operated by Dispatcher Hub.
1. Agreement to Services
By onboarding with Dispatcher Hub, the Carrier (Owner-Operator or Fleet Owner) agrees to allow Dispatcher Hub to act as their representative for load booking, rate negotiation, and completing broker packets.
2. Carrier Responsibilities
- Maintain active Motor Carrier (MC) Authority and USDOT number.
- Maintain valid cargo and liability insurance as required by the FMCSA.
- Ensure equipment is compliant with all federal and state safety regulations.
- Communicate delays, breakdowns, or issues during transit promptly.
3. No Forced Dispatch
Dispatcher Hub operates on a strict "No Forced Dispatch" policy. The Carrier reserves the right to accept or decline any load presented. However, once a load is accepted and the rate confirmation is signed, the Carrier is obligated to complete the transport as agreed with the broker/shipper.
4. Payment & Fees
The Carrier agrees to pay Dispatcher Hub the agreed-upon flat fee or percentage of the gross load pay for every load successfully booked and completed. Dispatcher Hub is not a factoring company and does not pay the Carrier directly; payment for freight comes from the broker or factoring company.
5. Limitation of Liability
Dispatcher Hub acts strictly as an administrative and dispatching service provider. We are not liable for:
- Any physical damage to the truck, trailer, or cargo.
- Traffic violations, accidents, or FMCSA compliance failures.
- Non-payment or short payment by brokers/shippers (though we will assist in resolving disputes).
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with a written notice. Any pending dispatch fees for loads already booked and completed must be settled upon termination.
